Due to an expanding pipeline of work an excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Leasing Executive to come on board and join this high performance team.

Job Description

As the Leasing Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Negotiating Lease Renewals with new and existing tenants.
• Organising Rent & Bond Increases.
• Having a full understanding and working knowledge of the Retail Leases Act.
• Establishing and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Dealing with not for profit organisations and community groups.
• greasing the growth and optimum performance of a diverse portfolio of properties.
• Management Agreements to prospective landlords.
• Delivering and exceeding budgeted rental income.
• Ability to strategically manage multiple projects and meet agreed budgets.
• Detailed forecasting, budgeting and management fee calculations.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate MUST posses a sound and concise working knowledge of the Retail Leases Act and relevant legal legislation. Experience in the commercial/valuation property industry, ideally from a local council background will allow you to smoothly transition into this Leasing Executive role as well as the ability to perform well and work within a team environment. Essential to this role is a tertiary qualification in a property related discipline, a proven career track record as well as excellent communication and report writing skills.
