Job Description
Reporting to the Head of IT Support Services, you will operate as the application support team's 2IC and will lead and mentor a small team of Business Analysts to provide cost effective solutions which will assist the company reaching its objectives. You will manage business initiatives from requirements to implementation across all business systems. Other aspects of the position include planning and managing testing releases; resource management; vendor and stakeholder management.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate has outstanding business analysis skills and a proven background in people leadership. Experience in operating in a vendor driven environment is paramount along with a broad understanding of the SDLC. You possess outstanding communications skills and commercial nous.
