Job Description
Working closely with HR you will be required to develop, implement deliver and evaluate a wide range of development programmes focusing on soft skills and management development. An operational and strategic role a key focus of the role will be to develop constructive working relationships with key stakeholders and the talent management team to develop programmes that engage and retain key members of staff
The Successful Applicant
Ideally degree educated or equivalent you will have exposure to the full training cycle with specific experience of developing and delivering leadership development programmes. A strong communicator you have the credibility to influence the senior management team looking for a challenging role to develop your career
What's On Offer
circa$75-85,000 plus superannuation dependent upon experience with excellent benefits
