Our client is a government department dedicated to the delivery of high quality healthcare to numerous sites across New South Wales.
Job Description
This role is responsible for managing the in-house L&D database. You will also be responsible for the staff induction program and co-ordination of the administration system as well as being responsible for the supervision and development of an administrator.
The Successful Applicant
As an experienced Learning and Development Support Officer you will have proven experience in managing an L&D database. You will also have demonstrated strong organisation skills as well as being a highly motivated individual. You will be able to deliver on mandatory HR policies and procedures plus being familiar with OH&S implementation.
What's On Offer
$52,000 negotiable, plus superannuation.
