About Our Client
Our client is a top tier Law firm in Sydney CBD looking for an experienced Project Co-ordinators to join its expanding Legal Technology team.

Job Description
Our client has a number of entry level and senior candidates within its internal Legal Technology team. You will be responsible for the project management, co-ordination and delivery of cost effective professional applied legal technology services which include document management, database and paralegal services for matter related work. You will run matters and supervise staff on local and national work. Your role will involve scoping, costing, planning and scheduling work and oversee and monitor the Legal Technology projects.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will have the following key attributes:

• Working knowledge of Ringtail products, MS Access and Excel; Experience of Powerpoint, MS Project and Livenote is advantageous;
• Knowledge of eDiscovery processes, costs and risks;
• Excellent Project Management and communication skills;
• Have a background in Legal Information Management, Computer Sciences, Law or Paralegal work, Project Management and/or Information Technology
