Due to organic growth there is now a Level 1/2 position available.

Job Description

Reporting to the Help Desk Manager in a dynamic and growing team you will be responsible for:

• Answering & logging calls;
• Troubleshooting level 1 & 2 issues;
• Providing desktop support to a broad user base;
• Escalating any 3rd level issues to the appropriate engineer;
• Assisting in the maintenance of server infrastructure;
• Providing excellent customer service.

The Successful Applicant

The successful incumbent will ideally have 1-2 years experience in a similar role, strong interpersonal skills and exceptional customer service skills. Experience supporting Windows 7 & Windows XP environments is desirable along with exposure to Active Directory.
