About Our Client
My Client is a global engineering firm with expansive growth plans for their Perth based operations in 2012.

Job Description

Working closely with the Desktop Support team, key responsibilities will include:

  • Troubleshooting of all level 1 & 2 issues over the telephone and face to face
  • Escalating all 3rd level issues to the appropriate engineers
  • Providing high levels of customer service

The Successful Applicant
The successful incumbent will be well exposed to Active Directory, MS Exchange, Windows XP and 7 and ideally SCCM. Excellent interpersonal skills and a well developed telephone manner is essential.
