About Our Client
Our client is a leading Australian Financial Services organisation that offers a range of financial products and services in banking, life insurance, general insurance, superannuation and investment products. They are looking for candidates to join their life insurance team and continue to supply exemplary customer service.

Job Description

This exciting role will have the responsibilities of:

• Working in a dynamic and engaging team environment
• Receiving inbound customer calls
• Handle all inquiries with regards to life insurance products offered by our client
• Have extensive knowledge on all life insurance products

The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will have solid previous experience working in a contact centre environment. Previous experience working within life insurance will be looked upon favorably. However, exposure to insurance in general will still be beneficial to your application. You will have first class communication skills and proven record of working in a team environment.
