Job Description
As Maintenance Planner, you will have full ownership over daily and weekly maintenance planning and scheduling. Utilising the CMMS software package SAP, your ultimate goal is to support the operational maintenance team in achieving the highest levels of resource optimisation and equipment availability across a sizable mineral processing plant. In addition, you will also be responsible for supervising and mentoring another Maintenance Planner.

The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this role, it is vital that you meet the following criteria; You will have a minimum of 10 years experience within operational maintenance roles within the mining industry. As this is an autonomous role, you will also be expected to possess a minimum of 3 years experience within a maintenance planning role. As the master user of the CMMS software package SAP, you will be expected to be highly proficient in utilising this package. Last but not least, you will possess the interpersonal skills and communication ability required to motivate and influence others within an established maintenance team.
