Job Description
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will have full responsibility for all maintenance planning on site. Using SAP, you will ensure routine preventative maintenance is planned and executed. Your responsibilities will include the planning, coordination and supervision of partial and full plant shut downs. The planner will liaise with the production managers, maintenance supervisors and the operators to modify existing preventative maintenance plans, updating them and thus increasing the reliability of equipment. The maintenance requirement for new equipment will need to be documented and communicated through SAP, this will be your responsibility. You will be required to work as part of a team with the clear objective to reduce downtime within the production departments.

The Successful Applicant
As the successful candidate you will have the ability to develop and lead organisational change, you will be committed to promoting a safe workplace and adhere to all company policies and procedures. You will have a relevant trade’s qualification and/or an engineering degree, A proven track record in people management will be required. It is imperative that you will have extensive experience with SAP Maintenance Planning within a manufacturing environment.
