Job Description
This role is responsible for day to day maintenance within a defined area of this large, complex processing facility. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for the strategic management of support systems to the core processing centre. In addition to the supervision of both scheduled and breakdown maintenance work; this role is accountable for asset management activities, submission of yearly budgets, and monthly and weekly expenditure forecasts and tracking. Furthermore, you will play a lead role in the coaching and development of maintenance technicians and supervision of external contractors.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will demonstrate trade qualifications in a relevant discipline and ideally possess supervisory experience within a heavy industrial setting. In addition, the successful candidate shall possess strong leadership and team management skills. High performing individuals with good communication skills and sound maintenance management experience are encouraged to apply.
