Job Description

Enhance member relationships via direct outbound contact, using a combination of phone, direct mail and email, to engage with members through a series of campaigns. Your role is to assist members in understanding super and to make it simple for them to take action. Campaign topics include: raising awareness of voluntary contributions; co-contribution strategies; choosing the right investment strategy; selecting the right level of insurance cover; options in retirement.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant must be:

  • RG146 compliant, and ideally have a diploma of financial planning.
  • have 2-3 years minimum industry experience
  • have experience within a contact center environment, providing general advice.
  • have experience in a results driven workplace
  • possess highly developed written and oral communication skills.
  • have experience with work flow systems
  • have demonstrated influencing skills and rapport
