Job Description
Reporting to the National Director you will be responsible for the direction and performance of the NSW sales team which comprises both Account Managers and Business Development Managers. You will be required to develop and implement sales strategies which are in line with the company objectives and will drive growth and revenue maximisation through your team. This is a true sales management role with a focus on leading coaching and developing the team to perform your business objectives. You will work closely with each individual and the team as a whole to provide leadership and guidance and to develop them to their maximum potential.

The Successful Applicant
Tertiary qualified with proven sales management experience you will be an established manager with a strong foundation in a similar business. Sound business acumen will be critical to your success, as will your ability to motivate, inspire and lead a cross functional team. With experience developing and implementing sales strategies you will be an inspirational and driven leader with highly developed communication, negotiation and analytical skills. Prior experience within a solution sales based environment is essential with Business Information or a similar field highly regarded.
