Our client is highly regarded within the FMCG industry

Job Description
As the OH&S professional you will be responsible for all OH&S matters within your new organisation including; implementation, policy, procedure and the development of systems and processes. You will partner and report directly to the Human Resources Manager to ensure you deliver and implement best practice for the organisation. Your role will be varied as you will be responsible for OH&S, Workers Compensation and other HR duties.

The Successful Applicant
As the successful candidate you have the ability to engage your internal clients and work quite closely with the business. You will have exceptional communication skills and be mature and professional in your approach. Prior experience within a similar OH&S role is essential, candidates who have been exposed to other HR duties such as payroll which be highly desirable.
