Job Description
Identify OHS capability needs across the commercial division and implement effective development initiatives to close the gap and meet business goals
Create, source and implement best practice OHS activities and development initiatives to deliver results consistent with global, regional and local contract commitments
Maintain national OHS safety management systems to ensure compliance with self insurance requirements as well as national and global initiatives
Develop cross functional working relationships with Supply Chain EHS teams to implement and actively encourage best practice Commercial OHS processes through the integration of systems and appropriate safety behaviour modification resources
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have specialist knowledge of OHS combined with broad HR and commercial understanding.With strong negotiation and influencing skills you will have a consultative style and enjoy facilitating change in a challenging and ideally sales focused environment.
