Job Description

Reporting to the Finance Manager this broad role will encompass the following duties:

• Processing weekly and fortnightly pay
• Responding to employee pay queries
• Processing of Accounts Payable Invoices
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Bank Reconciliations
• Assisting with monthly reporting

The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will have previous experience in an Accounts Assistant role. Exposure to payroll is essential and previous experience with the ADP Payforce system is preferred.
