Job Description

Key responsibilities will include:

• To capture, document and manage customer project demand and liaise with customers to facilitate approval of customer requests; manage the pipeline database and work requests
• Ensure projection of future projects is accurate and up to date; provide pipeline reports as required
• Facilitate initiation of new work
• Identify resource requirements for the development of estimates, quotes and feasibilities and work with Portfolio leads and the Engineering Lead to ensure the allocation of appropriate resources
• Maintain knowledge management data of previously completed estimates, quotes and feasibilities
• Develop and maintain estimation processes; provide guidance and support to individuals involved in developing quotations and feasibility studies
• Manage the workflow of customer demand through the pipeline process, ensuring the timely completion of response to projects requests

The Successful Applicant
The successful incumbent will have relevant experience in a similar project delivery environment and possess well developed communication skills.
