Job Description

  • Assuming a lead sales role, the successful candidate will assess the customer’s needs, develop a custom solution, price, and contract for services required to ensure a successful implementation of the technology solutions.
  • Working in close partnership with the service sales teams, the successful candidate will provide technology-specific service solutions for the organisations accounts.
  • Driving continuous improvements of the services portfolio and customer satisfaction through cross-functional leadership with the Marketing, Delivery and Practice teams.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will have

  • In depth knowledge and experience in sales of specific technology area of focus (i.e. Security, Voice, Wireless, etc.)
  • Experience with Strategic Account Planning, Consultative Sales.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional projects required.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and interact with senior level customer management (Director, VP, CXO).
  • Ability to craft comprehensive service solutions and to articulate business benefits of those solutions.
  • Expert verbal and written communication, including executive-level formal and informal presentation skills
