Job Description
The chosen candidate will liaise with key stakeholders in regards to product development, pre-production and post project You will recommend improved methods of manufacture for existing product development. You will operate within an innovative project team and be tasked with the responsibility of developing BOM's for new and existing solutions to customers. You will utilize and manage the existing manufacturing components system and monitor recommended improvements or modifications for equipment utilization. Working with customers and suppliers to determine application requirements, making sure that the component is delivered on time and in full to the project location. You will evaluate current technologies for cost reduction and product improvements. You will sketch plans and drawings, showing detailed customer requirements of complicated parts and assemblies. Your role will also revolve around the redesign of components in order to add value to the customers overall project. Testing of products will need to be conducted before all manufacturing takes place.

The Successful Applicant

Must have product development experience.

Degree Qualified-ideally Electrical.

Good communication skills are essential.

The chosen candidate will have ability to draw freehand sketches.

Experience with customer interaction will be important.
