Job Description
Must be degree educated, you will be a proven manufacturing operations professional. You should will have a track record within a continuous process manufacturing environment such as food,packaging, printing or suchlike. You will have a flair for leading people and the ability to effectively manage from the front and instil best practice. you should have previous lead businesses through periods of change and have a proven track record in achieving challenging targets. Minimum ten years experience as a production manager required.

The Successful Applicant

Must be degree Qualified.

Must have ten years plus experience as a production manager.

Must be proficient with all Lean Principals and tools and show projects completed.

Have the ability to lead and mentor a team.

Create a strategic plan for the factory environment.

The ability to drive down costs and increase throughput.
