The Successful Applicant
You will be a driven Lean/Continuous Improvement Professional with a can-do attitude and experience of working in safety critical, regulated assembly industries e.g. aerospace, defence, automotive etc. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering business change. You will have highly effective interpersonal and influencing skills. The ability to grasp strategic concepts and issues readily, together with a high degree of commercial astuteness and a strong sense of accountability and delivery are also essential. Integral to this position is the importance of managing change, including the ability to influence people in the face of challenging circumstances.
