About Our Client

This well recognized brand is looking to strengthen and consolidate their production and maintenance functions within their packaging division. To do this they are looking to recruit a Production and Mechanical Maintenance Leader.

Job Description
The role will be responsible for the mechanical maintenance team and 25 production staff across two shifts. Whilst their is a requirement to strategically manage maintenance the focus of the role will be performance management and improving production efficiencies.

The Successful Applicant

You should have:

• Mechanical aptitude
• Performance management experience
• A results orientated
• An interest in a hands off role.
