Job Description
This role involves the management and development of projects within the various Practice Groups. Providing and developing information management solutions, to monitor and report on the advancement of the Projects is a key component of this role. Additionally the role requires business analysis; staff development (including induction, training and supervision); strategy development; and administrative functions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Success in a comparable role within professional services
  • Ability to provide legal information management solutions
  • Able to manage projects to ensure they remain within budgetary, time and professional limitations
  • Supervision of staff (including training and recruitment)
  • Creation and maintenance of documentation which provides reports on the progress of information management projects
  • Working knowledge of Ringtail products, MS Access and Excel; Experience of Powerpoint, MS Project and Livenote is advantageous;
  • Have a background in Legal Information Management, Computer Sciences, Law or Paralegal work, Project Management and/or Information Technology
  • Tertiary Qualifications
