Job Description
As Project Director and initially based in Adelaide you will be directly responsible for the management of several key projects from feasibility through to built-form. In addition you will be:-
- Directly responsible for the overall strategy of key development projects.
- Implementation & management of project parameters including fiscal, sales, marketing, construction & development.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timescales and deliver the best possible result for investors.
You will also lead and manage several project teams ensuring levels of motivation remain high throughout the project life-scale.
The Successful Applicant
You will have a proven track record of delivering high-end, large scale residential projects. Your ability to motivate and lead will be paramount as will the ability to manage key stakeholders. You will be a thought-leader in your field coupled with the ability to challenge accepted norms. Degree qualification is essential.
