About Our Client
Our client is a leading business in Engineering consultancy with an office located conveniently in Perth's CBD.

Job Description

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Secretary will be responsible for:

  • Word Processing
  • Maintaining office supply levels
  • Travel co-ordination
  • Overseeing document control and maintenance of filing systems
  • Preparation of graphics/design
  • Maintain company databases

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria however some flexibility is afforded:

  • 5-10 years experience as an Project Secretary/Administrator
  • Significant experience in a project based setting in Mining or Engineering
  • Experience in the production of complex technical documentation
  • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Outstanding organisational skills
