About Our Client
Our client is a Tier 1 Civil Contractor with a specialism in complex multi million dollar rail projects. With an exciting pipeline and operations in multiple regions, our client is expanding their Rail Division with the addition of a Project Engineer. Job Description

As the Rail Project Engineer your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following;

• Reporting into the Project Manager Assisting with various phases of Railway Projects
• Installing rail, ballast, sleepers and turnouts
• Ensuring your work is undertaken in accordance with Rail Corp specification
• Liaising with clients, vendors and subcontractors

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Rail Project Engineer will demonstrate the following attributes;

• Experience in Railway Construction Projects
• Understanding of track laying, installing rail, ballast, sleepers, turnouts
• A Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering
• Ability to work within a team
• Awareness of OH &S principles applicable within railway environments
• Excellent communication skills and computer literacy
