Job Description

Duties will include but not be limited to;

  • Reception Duties
  • First point of contact for all clients
  • Liaising with all levels of staff from Director to Entry level
  • Document preparation & database management
  • Organisation & management of meeting rooms
  • Diary management

The Successful Applicant

Essential criteria;

  • The right attitude & enthusiasm
  • Highly motivated and energetic
  • Intermediate PC skills
  • Professional presentation including verbal & written
  • Professional telephone manner

What's On Offer

$30,000 plus Super (Negotiable dependent of experience)
