About Our Client
Our client is a well known business in the Hospitality Industry operating a number of hotels around Western Australia.

Job Description

As the receptionist you will be responsible for:

  • Operating a busy switchboard
  • Greeting visitors and providing refreshments upon arrival
  • Opening and distribution of mail
  • Preparation of correspondence - mail, fax, email.
  • Other general administrative duties as required.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will have:

  • Immaculate presentation
  • Bright and bubbly personality
  • Some experience in an office environment
  • Experience with MS Office
