Job Description
Reporting to both the Regional MD and Group FD you will be key member of the regional senior management team, responsible for all financial aspects of a full-service, multi-site business, as well as making a significant contribution to its overall leadership and strategic direction. In particular you will provide key financial advice to the leadership team around strategic and commercial decisions and ensure appropriate financial and commercial controls are in place. In addition you will actively participate in the integration of any acquisitions to ensure the maximum return on investment.
The Successful Applicant
You will be a qualified finance professional (CA/ACA) with experience gained in an international 'people services' organisation. Comfortable working in a matrix reporting environment you will have exceptional communication skills capable of influencing and persuading at the most senior levels. You should have a proven track-record of successful team leadership and change management
