Job Description
Reporting to the Group Compliance Officer based in the Global headquarters, this role is responsible to drive a developed compliance culture throughout all the business operations in the region. You will implement and enforce a vigorous and robust compliance program in Asia Pacific and ensure full compliance with any relevant laws or regulations. You will conduct investigations when required and also be responsible to develop and implement compliance training programs. You will work closely with the legal, compliance and senior business leaders to ensure the highest standards of compliance and this would be in line with the company’s code of conduct.

The Successful Applicant
Ideally you have an excellent academic background preferably with a good law degree from a reputable university. You should also have at least 10 years of relevant experience in legal and compliance in a good multinational or progressive organization. Exposure to laws and regulations in the APAC region and FCPA are essential. A highly motivated individual and a versatile team player, you possess good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence people at all levels.
