Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a Site Manager to join their renowned team to work and take ownership of there own residential project. Job Description

As a Site Manager you will be responsible for:

• Managing all aspects across the site from demolition through to completion
• Reporting to Construction manager and senior personnel on schedules, budgets and all weekly construction work.
• Ensure all sites are managed to a high standard of safety and quality
• Ensure all subcontractors are adequately and professionally managed on site and off site

The Successful Applicant

To be considered successful for this role you will:

• Have a strong background in working on Luxury Residential projects from Demolition to hand over.
• Prior experience (5 years ) in working on high quality and detailed Residential projects ranging from $2 - $10 million.
• Excellent presentation and client management
• Strong communication skills and management ability
