About Our Client
Our client is an internationally renowned Tier 1 with a reputation for winning landmark complex civil infrastructure projects. Due to continuous expansion our client has a Foreman vacancy within it's Roads Division. The current needs of the business are in the Hunter Valley Region.

Job Description

Reporting into the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following non-exhaustive list of duties;

• Managing motivating and leading the construction crew
• Active co-ordination crew, suppliers and sub-contractors
• Ensuring efficient work practices are underway in accordance with scheduling
• Overseeing RTA road projects, earthworks and drainage

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Foreman will demonstrate the following attributes;

• Strong background in civil projects including heavy infrastructure works
• An understanding of general EOH & S Regulations
• Previous involvement in roads and earthworks is critical to the role
• Working knowledge of RTA specifications
• Computer Literacy
• Excellent leadership and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility in terms of location
