About Our Client
Our client is a worldwide market leader in the manufacture and distribution of belting systems into a diverse range of industry sectors. Focusing on continual growth they require the services of a Business Development Manager to establish and grow market share within the Sydney Metro region.
Job Description
This key role within the organisation will primarily focus on developing market share within the Sydney region. Liaising with key decision makers across a variety of industries including - packaging, food & beverage, materials handling, printing and paper you will leverage off the organisations worldwide reputation to further enhance their place in the Melbourne market. This is an autonomous role and will require an individual that can work independently while still focusing on the overall objectives of the business.
The Successful Applicant
You will have a successful track record of working across OEMs in the industrial and manufacturing sectors, ideally in a mechanically or technically focused business development position. The ability to network with decision makers and influencer's at all levels is of key importance. It is also vitally important that you have the ability to work within an autonomous environment. An understanding of belting or similar systems would be ideal although not required. If you have the desire to develop a business region with the support of a global organisation then this position could be for you.
