As one of the most recognisable financial services organisations across the globe, our client has a reputation built on delivering the most competitive products across the consumer market. Due to considerable growth and strategic plans moving forward, they are looking to recruit a Sales Manager to drive the 3rd party channel in cards and consumer lending.
Job Description
The focus of this role is on delivering an optimised customer experience through sales to the already existing cards and consumer lending customer base. You will be in charge of the development and delivery of monthly and annual sales and revenue plans in order to maximise growth. The continuous review and improvement of all processes is key to ensure that the channel is being driven effectively and to its up most efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
You will have a background in the strategic implementation of new processes and procedures through a 3rd party vendor. Ideally with experience in the running of a contact centre or sales management in dealing through an inbound or outbound call centre. Budget and head count management is key as is the ability to drive performance in a results orientated culture.
