Job Description
Reporting to the Victoria State Manager, the Sales Manager role is responsible for the management and development of a team of sales reps. With a high volume of calls per day, reps require coaching and mentoring to ensure the achievement of targets and the delivery of a high level of customer service. With the majority of time spent in the field, the role of Sales Manager requires the implementation of strategies from a national and state level plus the management of business development activities.
