Job Description
Due to organic growth an opportunity for a Sales Manager has been created. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 6 corporate account managers responsible for acquiring, developing and maintaining long term, profitable business relationships with nominated customers. To also manage a team assistant and a virtual team consisting of solutions consultants and service support teams who assist with delivery of customer requirements.

The Successful Applicant

You will possess:

  • An understanding of ICT, IT and Telco Sales management experience within the ICT, IT or Telco industry
  • Extensive experience in a relationship/strategic selling environment
  • Excellent business acumen and communication skills
  • Proven skills in business development in a growth industry
  • Motivational and persuasiveness skills together with high level interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written presentation skills and effective listening skills
  • High level analytical capabilities
  • Proven leadership and a strong ability to coach sales people
