Job Description
As the State Sales Manager you will be responsible for a small but effective team of sales reps and will have full responsibility for achieving growth, profitability and securing more market share with an already established brand. Reporting into the National Sales Manager, this is a position that requires an individual who has an ability to establish, maintain and grow relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.

The Successful Applicant
This pivotal role within the company requires an exceptional leader with a proven Sales background. An understanding of the drinks industry is beneficial though not critical, however excellent verbal and presentation skill are deemed essential to fulfill this role. The role would suit a proven Sales Manager or a successful business developer looking to make the move into a management position.
