A highly successful Business Services Organisation specialising in Document Management Solutions is recruiting for a Sales Manager to join their well established sales division. With an outstanding reputation within it's field this company boasts a global presence with over 300 offices worldwide.

Job Description
We are keen to recruit a Sales Manager to drive and support an established sales team based in Sydney. With a proven track record within sales you will be required to close new and existing business opportunities and secure new and ongoing business deals. You will have the ability to build on existing relationships whilst driving and acquiring new customers working closely with the sales team producing strong pipelines. Working knowledge of producing tenders and presenting at a senior level, able to help in the development of proposals from the sales team whilst being on call for any major negotiation situations when securing major deals. With the appropriate sales training or coaching we are looking for a good manager who can coach, mentor and drive this successful sales team.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have a proven track record within a high performance sales position; provide a strong consultative approach to new business with an emphasis on account management. Experience in activity based sales processes would be an advantage whilst monitoring and driving the current sales team.The ability to make a clear impact and influence the current sales team is essential in driving the business forward.

What's On Offer
$90,000k Base + 10% Super + $17k Car + Commission
