Job Description
You will be responsible for developing and mentoring a team of sales professionals across the aged care sector within Victoria and Tasmania. Working closely with senior management you will be involved in developing ongoing sales strategies and identifying opportunities within the marketplace while actively managing your own portfolio of key accounts and undertaking strategic business development.

The Successful Applicant
You will ideally have experience managing a small to medium team of sales professionals, involving ongoing training and mentoring. A strong understanding of the Victorian healthcare sector and previous experience within the aged care area will be looked upon favourably.
