Job Description
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, and as a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for the establishment of a new sales function and the ongoing development of the existing marketing team. Initially, your focus will be on developing a consistent sales strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue - this will be a combination of both new business development and existing account management. As the sales function develops, you will ensure there is alignment with the marketing function, which includes brand management, customer insights, acquisition, retention and sponsorship.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this role you will have an impressive track record in both senior sales and marketing leadership positions, preferably with a focus on the digital market. Ideally you will have prior experience of establishing a sales/business development function. An enthusiastic interest in sports and/or wagering will be essential to your success.
