Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager, this role's primary responsibilities will be to market the property as the premiere facility in the region and maximise its revenue and growth potential. The scope of this role will include developing and executing strategic marketing, public relations and events activities related to the launch of the development and its ongoing achievement of corporate objectives related to premium brand positioning. This role will also be responsible for managing and developing an elite sales team to meet revenue and growth objectives while targeting key customer segments including corporates, MICE and luxury resort guests.
The Successful Applicant
You will bring to the role considerable experience and success related to the management and development of the sales and marketing function of a premium hospitality or entertainment brand. A team player with commercial intelligence and strong analytical skills, you will display excellent written and oral communications skills in Mandarin and English. Ambitious with a strong customer service ethic, you will be committed to the development and success of those who work under and alongside you.
