About Our Client
Our clients are one of the largest Power and Energy contractors in Australia with an annual profit in excess of $500m. Their main areas of focus revolve around Design & Build of large projects in Industrial, Mining/Mineral, Processing Plants and Power stations. The projects they look at tend to be $100m and above. Our Client is currently searching for a Senior Contracts Manager with formal QS training background.

Job Description

Our client is searching for a Senior Contracts Administrator to join its ever growing Projects Division working on large scale Power Stations, Fertiliser Plants, LNG Projects. The main roles and responsibilities will include, but not be limited the following;

  • Procurement and Administration for all Subcontractors
  • Managing Scope of Works
  • Full Commercial Responsibility on site
  • Management of all Package Tenders and Submissions.
  • Based on site at least 80% of the time - Full office facilities, not a 'temporary' office

The Successful Applicant

To summarise, Our client is looking for a Senior Contracts Administrator with experience working on either large Power Stations or Complex Multidisciplinary M&E Projects. Other requirements include;

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
  • Experience working/running the commercial functions on sites up to AU$100m
  • Experience working on Power and Energy projects as described above
