Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to further your career within a leading financial services institution. Responsibilities include:

  • Resolving complex disputes not resolved to the customers satisfaction at the first point of contact
  • Liaising with high level stakeholders with all levels of people within the organisation and other external providers
  • Making decisions on issues as they arise in conjunction with your Manager to resolve customer issues
  • Working closely with customer service specialists to coach and provide feedback to move closer to first contact resolution

The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will be tertiary educated and a degree in Business or Law will be viewed favorably.You will have previous experience working in Customer Complaints resolution or Quality Assurance. You must have first class communication skills both written and verbal as you will be required to write on complex issues and lead complex discussions.
