They have an immediate requirement for a Senior Customer Relationship Manager to focus on harnessing the existing relationships with an array of major clients.
Job Description
Using polished Account Management and Customer service skills you will become a key individual for the business’s major clients, resolving key issues and troubleshooting potential service concerns to ensure efficient and quality delivery. Pro actively you shall promote our clients products to decision makers within the chosen accounts and develop services delivery strategy tailored to specific customer needs to ensure maximum customer satisfaction upkeep.
The Successful Applicant
Successful candidates shall have an understanding of the Telecommunications and /or IT Services industry. You will have a background in Account Management with Customer Service element to your experience. Applicants will be required to have excellent negotiation skills and a good degree of self confidence in front of decision makers. You will understand the underpinning factors to successful service delivery and have a proven track record of effective troubleshooting.
