Job Description

The Senior Analyst Master Data is primarily responsible for ensuring a balance in the competing priorities of project work, day to day operational requirements and adherence to process occurs across the whole of this organisation. You will need to drive resolution to current and potential resource and data integrity issues.

• This will require significant interaction with other organizational functions, such as Sales, Marketing, Technical, Sourcing, Finance and Production.
• This position will ensure adequate master data representation and support on NPD and other related projects.
• The position requires an ability to guide a small team and to build relationships and influence at all levels, especially at the team level where there will be no direct reporting relationship.
• You will sustain and further build on improvements in data processes which will allow us to deliver continuously high standards of data integrity.
• Monthly Reporting on progress is required
• Proposed solutions to resource constraints / issues.
• Input in Contingency Plans
• Monitor Team roles & responsibilities

The Successful Applicant

You will have engaging communication skills and have a natural aptitude to leadership. This role is open to the right individual is looking to oversee an intimate team and ensure process, procedure, data analysis, reporting and your influence is succinct with delivering optimum value to the organisation. The following are a key set of elements in which you will ideally have experience within, however there will be flexibility on areas if you fit the fundamental scope of this leadership role.

• To have a sound understanding/familiarity of SAP and SAP MM is highly favorable.
• You must be proficient in Excel and Word
• You must be passionate for accurate data
• You will be involved in conducting Material / BOM / Route Data reviews
• Involved in the structure of BW workbooks
• Training may be required
• Data Creation / Maintenance and support
• Guiding improvements
• Ensuring consistency of data cycle processes
• Regularly reporting and liaising across the business with all departments
• Continuous improvement and an eye for detail is essential
