Job Description
As Reliability Engineer your success will be measured on your ability to develop and implement improved reliability processes and maintenance strategies across a wide portfolio of rail infrastructure assets, specifically to enhance the availability and reliability of the railway track networks.

The Successful Applicant

  • The successful applicant will have tertiary qualifications (at a Bachelor’s degree level or higher) in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering accompanied by significant experience in an operational reliability maintenance role.
  • Demonstrated experience in track maintenance and other associated infrastructure is of crucial importance, as is the ability to lead and mentor a team of Engineers.
  • You must be proficient in the use of reliability tools such as RCA, FMECA and RCM to be successful in this role.
