Job Description

This role operates within the National Development and Bid Solutions team in order to provide support to the Company's Business Development direction. You will be responsible for the management of the Bid Solutions team and will be required to provide project management of bids, financial modeling, analysis, and methodology development that meets the needs of the Company's customers. A key aspect of the role will be to interface with customers and internal stakeholders to gather data required for bid development. The project management function will include all tasks necessary to ensure a bid is completed on time and to the required standards.

To be considered for this role you will possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Advanced analytical skills to interpret financial, accounting and business information and make recommendations based on results
• The ability to manage and motivate a team of skilled professionals
• Degree qualified in a business related field
• Project management experience
• Understanding of major tenders and proposals
