Job Description
As a Senior Reliability Engineer based in the corporate head office, your primary objective will be to drive tactical asset management initiatives across all mining operations and site based maintenance / reliability teams. Utilising your skills and depth of experience, you will play a crucial role in achieving best practice in maintenance strategy and the highest levels of availability across both mobile and fixed assets.

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this role it is mandatory that you possess and meet the following criteria;

• Have a tertiary degree qualification within an engineering discipline.
• You will have a minimum of 8 years experience within the mining industry, ideally with depth in a maintenance, and or reliability engineering role across an operational mine site.
• You will a high level of competency in the use of the reliability engineering tools such as RCA, FMECA. You will also have practical experience in driving full RCM's from study to execution.
• You will possess the leadership skills and attributes required to influence and motivate multiple level stakeholders in accepting change and new initiatives.
