A leader in the Australian retail industry, our client prides themselves on their dynamic culture and commercial outlook for the future. Due to growth and recent expansion opportunities in the market they are looking to appoint an analyst to support their ever growing sales team.
Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will manage the processing, reporting and query analysis activities for quarterly and annual sales remuneration payments and sales reward and recognition programs. Your responsibilities will include conducting sales analysis, monitoring sales and category performance, collecting market information, producing reports on sales forecasts, market trends and product positioning. In addition to this you will be responsible for all of the corporate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and partnering with the sales team to assist with strategic business decisions.
The Successful Applicant
You will be tertiary qualified with relevant post graduate qualifications and a proven background in strategy, financial analysis and business planning. Ideally you will have experience working within a sales environment and supporting this business unit. To be successful in this role, you will be confident, have very strong communication skills and a close attention to detail. It is also crucial that you will be system savvy and ideally have CRM implementation experience.
