Our client is a major global energy organisation which has had high profile presence in Australia for more than 100 years. They manufacture petroleum products and supply a major portion of Australia's petroleum requirements.
Job Description
Based in Sydney, and responsible for NSW and Qld, you will be responsible for running a team of National Account Managers. You will be implementing strategy for these areas by clearly defining targets, managing people and processes and monitoring performance to achieve revenue, margin & sales targets. You will be expected to drive sales and grow the largest accounts by building relationships with customers at senior levels.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, the right candidate will have a strong background within sales dealing with a technical or FMCG product. It is essential that you have worked at a senior level and have managed a team of national account managers. Being able to demonstrate a background in managing change, designing processes and driving business growth would be highly regarded, as would a relevant degree qualification.

This is the perfect opportunity for a professional team manager to work for a global brand. You will be offered a negotiable base salary of $100,000 plus super. You will also receive a healthy bonus of up to 75% and all of the usual tools of the trade.
